PILLAR 02 / 03 · AI TRAINING

Turn AI fluency into a workforce asset.

AI Training is hands-on, cohort-based training on your own workflows. We run tracks for developers, product, marketing, sales and operations, plus briefings for the board and executive team. Every cohort learns the same agentic AI framework, SHIP, and finishes by shipping a real automation.

Teams apply the framework to work they already own. They come out faster at it, with the tedious parts handed to agents.

[ LIVE · SKILLS SPREADING THROUGH AN ORG ]

Buying licenses rarely changes how people work.

A lot of companies buy AI licenses and then wonder why nothing changes. Usually it's a skills gap. People close it by using the tools on real tasks, and a webinar can't stand in for that.

Each cohort trains on its own live workflows and finishes with real automations in use. It also leaves behind internal champions who keep the work going after we've gone.

THE FRAMEWORK

Every track starts from the same framework.

We teach one operating framework for agentic AI. It's a repeatable way to take a task your team does by hand and move the tedious part of it to an agent, safely and in production. We call it SHIP.

S

Scope

Choose the work and agree on what "done" means. Good candidates are repetitive, eat a lot of hours, and can be measured. Settle the goal and what it's worth before anyone opens a model.

H

Harness

Give the agent the tools, data and context it needs to act. Then design the loop it runs: perceive, plan, act, observe.

I

Iterate

The agent earns autonomy in steps, from shadow to suggest to approve to autonomous. Each step has its own evals, guardrails and audit trail.

P

Prove

Measure how much toil went away, hand the system to the team, and start on the next workflow. What people learned on the first one carries over.

APPLIED BY TEAM

How each team puts SHIP to work.

We run dedicated tracks for the teams that get the most out of this. Each track applies SHIP to workflows the team already owns. People leave faster at their jobs, and the busywork goes to agents they can audit.

DEVELOPERS

Agentic coding in your own repos.

Spec-to-PR workflows, agents for tests and migrations, copilots for review and refactoring, and orchestrating agents inside your own product. All of it runs on your stack.

LESS TOILScaffolding, tests, migrations and triage go to agents. Engineers put their hours into architecture and judgment calls, and features that used to take a sprint ship in days.
PRODUCT

Faster calls on the backlog.

Agents that synthesize research and support tickets, draft PRDs and specs, and answer product-data questions in plain language. PMs also learn to prototype with AI before engineering commits.

LESS TOILAgents take research synthesis, status reports and data pulls, which leaves PMs more time to make decisions.
MARKETING

Content and lifecycle work that mostly runs itself.

Agentic content operations, lifecycle and campaign agents, SEO and repurposing pipelines, and performance analysis. A person reviews before anything goes out, so it stays on brand.

LESS TOILThe production grind and the weekly reporting move to agents. Campaign cycles drop from weeks to days and stay auditable.
SALES

More time selling, less on admin.

Agents for account research and call prep, CRM hygiene and note-taking, and intent scoring. They also draft personalized outreach that holds up on quality, along with proposals and RFP responses.

LESS TOILAgents handle CRM updates, research and follow-ups. Reps get hours back and walk into calls better prepared.
OPERATIONS

A back office on supervised autopilot.

Process agents for finance close, procurement, support triage and IT ops. They pull data out of documents and handle exceptions too, with autonomy granted in stages and a full audit trail.

LESS TOILData entry, routing and reconciliation move to agents. You get the hours back with fewer errors, and every action is on record.
HOW WE DELIVER IT

The program runs six weeks.

01 · WEEK 1

Capability audit

We assess AI fluency across functions and pick the first cohorts, starting where new skills turn into measurable value fastest.

FLUENCY BASELINE
COHORT MAP
02 · WEEK 2

Executive alignment

Half-day briefings for the board and executive team on capability, risk, governance, and where the ROI actually comes from. We cover it from an operator's point of view.

Practitioner cohorts

Hands-on cohorts work on their actual workflows. To graduate, each cohort has to ship a real automation.

Champions program

Train-the-trainer sessions, a playbook library that keeps getting updated, and quarterly fluency reviews, so new people keep learning after we've stepped back.

What is the SHIP framework?

SHIP is the framework we use for agentic AI work. Scope means choosing the right work and defining done. Harness means giving the agent the tools, data and context it needs. Iterate is how the agent earns autonomy safely, with evals, guardrails and an audit trail. Prove means measuring the toil removed and handing the system to the team.

Which teams do you train?

Developers, product, marketing, sales and operations each get their own track, and each track applies SHIP to workflows that team already owns. We also run half-day briefings for the board and executive team.

How long does a training program take?

Six weeks. Week 1 is a capability audit, week 2 is executive alignment, and practitioner cohorts run in weeks 3 to 6. After that, a champions program keeps the skills spreading.

What does each cohort finish with?

A shipped automation. Each cohort trains on its own live workflows, and graduating means shipping a real automation. You also end up with internal champions who keep the work going.

What happens after the cohorts end?

The champions program takes over: train-the-trainer sessions, a playbook library that keeps getting updated, and quarterly fluency reviews. The skills keep spreading after we've stepped back.

THE BOARD CASE

Training holds its value longer than the tools do.

Models change every quarter, and what your people learn carries over from one to the next. A trained workforce lowers the risk on every other line of the AI budget. It's also the one line a competitor can't license or copy.
